Sick Day Faves for Kids

When my littles are sick I want to give them products that I know are safe! So many cough and cold medicines have ingredients I wouldn't dream of giving my kiddos. I have created a list of my fave things for them!
My first line of defense when the kids start getting sick is a saline spray for congestion. I love little remedies saline sprays or the boogie mist nebulizer! The saline really knocks out mucus before it settles into their chest.
If necessary I will also give them cough syrup, they alternate between wanting zarbees or hylands! Warning: the zarbees cough syrup is THICK. So if your kid is picky grab the hylands!
My kids favorite sick day tradition is "sicky suckers" they absolutely LOVE lolleez! Sometimes I wonder if their throat really hurts or if they just want a sucker but these always do the trick!
